Connie Sue Dyer, 69, of Bucyrus passed away on Friday Oct. 16, 2015 at Riverside Hospital in Columbus following a brief illness. Connie was born Sept. 1, 1946 in Bucyrus to the late Robert Charles and Esther Arlene (Ulmer) Oberlander. She was married Aug. 27, 2006 to long time friend of 33 years Hubert F. Dyer. He preceded her in death on June 30, 2009.
