Biography:
Marvis Ann Schaaf, 90, went to be with the Lord Saturday, April 16, 2016. Marvis was born in Tiffin, Ohio April 28, 1925 to the late Archie Klain and Luella Pearl (George) Schaaf. She is survived by several cousins
Marvis graduated from Chatfield High School in 1943. She went on to retire from Ohio Bureau of Unemployment Services as manager after 35 years of employment. Marvis was a member of St. Johns UCC of Bucyrus and the Church Women’s Guild. She also was involved with the North Side Reading Circle and Salvation Army Board. Marvis was honored with the title of Bucyrus Business and Professional Woman of the year in 1970.
Visiting hours at Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home Wednesday April 20 from 10-11 AM. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 11 AM. Interment at Brokensword Cemetery.
