May the Lord bless you our friend Ruth. I just saw this and am so saddened. We have such good memories of Gene and are so glad he left a wonderful testimony by the life he lived. May God wrap his arms of love and comfort around you in this great time of sorrow.

Sis. we know how hard it is to give up Gene, but if he could talk, he would be singing "Oh what a Savior". he was a great friend to all. In the church as well as outside in public he was the same. Rock solid Christian man the love of your life and the churches..May GOD always be with you Bro. John & Sis. Ella Mae
