Biography:
Evelyn C. Zimmer, 80, who had lived in this area her entire life, passed away on Thursday July 30, 2015 at her home in Galion. Evelyn was born Aug. 16, 1934 in Bucyrus to the late John and Kathryn (Heller) Patton. She was also preceded in death by sisters Jeanette Campo and Miriam Smith as well as brothers Bill and Chuck Patton.
Evelyn is survived by children Sharon (Dale) Musgrave, AR; Laura Zimmer, Galion; Ken (Charlotte Larson) Zimmer, Galion; and Ron (Carolyn) Zimmer, PA; 10 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and two sisters Cecilia Morrison of Maumee and Donna Drake of Mansfield.
Evelyn was a longtime employee of Eddie Bauer Distribution in Groveport. She enjoyed traveling and going to Casino’s.
