Biography:  Lillie L. Bloomfield, 82, of rural Galion passed away early Tuesday August 4, 2015 at home, she had been in failing health for the past 9 months.  Lillie was born June 12, 1933 in Head of Grassy KY to the late Wince and Leathie (Bond) Dyer.  She was married Dec. 17, 1949 to Clyde Bloomfield who preceded her in death on Nov. 5, 2014.  She was also preceded in death by son William McKinley Bloomfield and grandson Matthew, brother Sherman Dyer, as well as 5 brothers and sisters.

Lillie is survived by children Cary (Kathy) Bloomfield, Galion; James (Nancy) Bloomfield, Bucyrus; Harold (Anita) Bloomfield, Nevada; Suzann (Ronnie) Ray, Oceola; Mickey (Tami) Bloomfield, Marion; Mary Jane (Dean) Damron, Bucyrus; Aneita Starr (Steve) Miller, Bucyrus; 18 grandchildren; and 28 great grandchildren; brothers Toby (Karen) Dyer, Bucyrus; Johnny (Cindy) Dyer, Bucyrus; sisters Rosemary (Dan) Webb, Olive Hill, KY; Minnie Zornes, Hillsboro, KY; Shirley (Jack) Montgomery, Atlanta; Carol Skaggs, Galion; Desi Moore, Galion; and Kathy (Tom) Moore, Sulphur Springs, OH.

Lillie was a homemaker and lived most of her life in Bucyrus.  She enjoyed being active with her grandchildren, she enjoyed them tremendously.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 1:00 pm in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Jobe officiating, burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until the time of service.  Memorials may be made through the funeral home and expressions of sympathy can be left at munzpirnstill.com

I am so sorry for your loss--especially since I got the date mixed up and missed calling hours. I so wanted to express my sympathy to your family in person. Lillie was such a sweet lady and you were such a supportive family to her and to your dad. Keep close together. It\'s really hard after your mom is gone, but she would want you to stay close and to love God. Blessings to each of you and prayers that God will guide & comfort you.
