Biography: Jerry D. Estep, 75 of Bucyrus passed away on Thursday July 14, 2022 at home. Jerry was born October 10, 1946 in Logan West Virginia to the late Gillis D. and G. Gertrude (Garrett) Estep. He was married March 19, 1966 to Shirley L. (Shultz) Estep who preceded him in death on March 2, 2013. He was also preceded in death by son Greg in 2004 as well as sisters Mary Adams, June Tulloh, Irene Hutch, and brothers Leon, Pete, and Curtis Estep.
Jerry is survived by son Jeff Estep and his wife Suzanne of Findlay; grandchildren Adreana, Mason, Mitchell, Brady Estep, and Matthew (Arielle) Woodruff; brother Gary (Myra) Estep of Teays Valley, WV; and nieces and nephews.
Jerry retired from the Swan Rubber Co. in 2012 after working over 30 years. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy in the Vietnam War. Jerry enjoyed his grandchildren and watching the Cleveland Browns and Cavaliers.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday at 11:00 am in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with Rev. David Hatch officiating, burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until the time of the service. Memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
