Biography: Barbara Ann Banks, age 54, passed away July 7th, 2022 at Ohio State University Hospital. Barb was born to the late Vernon Lee and Mary Ann (Walters) Ison December 17, 1967 in Bucyrus Ohio. Barb married April 10, 1987 to James Allen Banks Sr. Barb is preceded in death by her parents and grandson Nathan Banks.
Barb is survived by husband, James Banks Sr.; children, Jessica Ann Banks, Victoria Lynn (Charles Bailey) Banks, James Allen (Ashley Lopez) Banks Jr., and Chase Lee (Abree Grey) Black; brother, Robert Lee Ison; sisters, Tena Banks, Idonna Ison, and Rachel (John Henry) Ison; grandchildren, Madison, Emily, Dayla, James Lee, Miya, and Ethan.
Barb worked as a nursing aid at orchard park for a short amount of time till she was diagnosed. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, and adult coloring books. Family was very important to her, she loved spending time with her grandkids and being around family as much as she could. She will be deeply missed.
