Biography: Randall Douglas Armstrong, 67 of Bucyrus passed away on Saturday May 14, 2022 at home. Randy was born October 20, 1954 in Bucyrus to the late Eric Armstrong Sr. and Eunice (Moore) Armstrong. He was married July 1, 1988 to Sandy (Ulmer) Armstrong who survives. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers Mike, Jim, and Ronald.
Randy is also survived by son Ryan (Jolene) Armstrong of Bucyrus; grandchildren Adia and Bayleigh; sister in law Karen Armstrong; and pet dog Buckeye.
Randy graduated from Wynford High School in 1972 and retired from General Electric in 2014. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church on Ridgeton Rd, the Bucyrus Moose Lodge, and the American Legion.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am in the St. Paul Lutheran Church with Rev. Hans Scherner officiating. Memorials may be made to the Church or the Crawford County Humane Society. The Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
