Biography: Samuel S. Benedict III, 46 of Bucyrus passed away of apparent natural causes on Saturday at home. Sam was born February 25, 1974 in Mansfield to the late Samuel S. Benedict Jr. and Karen Elizabeth (Morris) Murr of Bucyrus who survives. Sam is also survived by step father Joseph Murr; son Samuel S. Benedict IV; daughter Joselyn Nicole Evans, and one grandson all of Bucyrus; brothers Donny E. (Crystal Spence) Benedict of Bucyrus and Michael J. (Tasha Walland) Benedict of Carey; sisters Ruth (Steve Brown) Lewis, Bucyrus, Phyllis (Will) Bensley of TN, and Emma Lilly of Bucyrus; close friend Crystal Davey of Bucyrus, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Sam most recently had been working for Henak Masonry in Bucyrus. He loved music and playing the guitar and spending time with his children.
