Biography:

David Elwood Crank Sr., age 66, heaven earned a beautiful angel January 3, 2020 after his long and courageous battle through terminal illness. David was born to the late Haskel and June (Justice) Crank July 7, 1953 in Ironton Ohio. He is preceded in death by parents, 1 grandson, first wife, and a sister.

He is survived by children Misty, Shonda, David, Justina, David Jr and Chris; 1 brother; 6 sisters; his children's mother, Lenora Crank, 3 son in laws, Kenneth, Cedric, and Reginald; 2 daughter in laws, Christy and Jessica; as well as numerous grandchildren.

David spent most of his life working hard in various settings always providing for his family.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and watching Nascar. His favorite professional sports team was the Greenbay Packers. He was known for having a heart of gold and helping anybody he could. He offered wisdom and strength for his family and 19 grandchildren had a very special place in his heart. He will forever live on in his families hearts.

Per David's request there will be no formal service. There will be a burial of cremains at a later date with military honors. Memorials may be made to the Disabled Veterans association. Moments of remembrance may be left online at www.munzpirnstill.com
