Biography:

Suzanne Jeanne (Blazer) Lumpkins, 68 of Bloomville passed away on Monday December 30, 2019 at Riverside Hospital in Columbus following a four month battle with cancer.  Suzanne was born July 6, 1951 in Canton, OH to the late Marvin and Jeanne (Edwards) Blazer.  She was married February 14, 1976 to Damon Lumpkins who survives.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother Bud Blazer. 

Suzanne is also survived by sister in law Cindy Blazer of Canton, niece Deb Blazer of North Canton, nephew Danny Blazer of Delaware, OH, as well as many dear friends.

Suzanne attended and graduated from Bowling Green University majoring in Math.  She retired from Verizon and most recently was working for Chase Corporate offices at Polaris.  She loved her dogs, both weimaraners and wire dachshunds and was a member of the Weimaraner Club of Columbus, the Weimaraner Club of America and was National Secretary.  Suzanne was an avid Buckeye Fan and loved sports, especially football.

Memorial Services will be held on Saturday January 11, 2020 at 3:00 pm in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home, 215 N. Walnut St., Bucyrus and the family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until the time of the service.  Expressions of sympathy can be left at www.munzpirnstill.com.  Memorials may be made to the family to help with expenses.
